Hi, I’m Caren Gutterman, RN, BSN. My mission is simple: to help you feel completely refreshed, radiant, and confident in your own skin—without ever looking like you’ve had "work done." After a decade of experience in clinical nursing, I founded Velvet Veil Med Spa to break away from the rushed, corporate approach to medical aesthetics. I wanted to create a peaceful sanctuary where care is deeply personalized, never hurried, and entirely tailored to your unique goals. I’m not here to judge your current skincare routine or push unnecessary treatments; I’m here to partner with you and make your skin work beautifully for you. Whether we are customizing a advanced facial protocol or working on body contouring, you can always expect honest guidance, evidence-based care, and a gentle touch.

Some of you may already know me as the owner of YG Aesthetics here in Flagstaff! I’m excited to continue serving my clients there while also joining the Velvet Veil team as a laser technician.
With two years of experience in aesthetics, I love helping clients feel confident in their skin. IPL is one of my favorite treatments, and I can’t wait to share my passion for personalized skincare with you!

Jill Dubravcic, FNP, PMHNP
Jill Dubravcic is an experienced, dual-certified nurse practitioner with a strong background in family medicine, mental health, and comprehensive patient care. A proud Northern Arizona native, Jill has been a registered nurse since 2005 and a family nurse practitioner since 2013. She completed her post-master’s certificate in psychiatric mental health at the University of Arizona in 2020.
With extensive experience caring for patients across the lifespan, Jill combines clinical expertise with a compassionate, individualized approach to wellness.
Jill is passionate about advancing patient care through evidence-based, personalized treatments that support both physical and emotional well-being. Deeply connected to the Flagstaff community, she is dedicated to helping patients feel their best and achieve meaningful, lasting health improvements.
Outside the clinic, Jill enjoys spending time with her three children, traveling, tropical house plants, mountain biking, jogging, and staying active with friends and family.
