Shipping and Fulfillment Policy for Velvet Veil Med Spa, LLC

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

As a solo practice, all orders are personally reviewed and packaged to ensure product integrity.

Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
Holiday Observed: We do not ship on federal holidays or weekends.

2. Shipping Rates and Methods:

We ship exclusively within the United States via reliable carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $13.00. This covers the 2026 USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground small parcel rates, which are projected to increase by 5.9% to 7.8% starting January 18, 2026. Our skincare products are temperature-sensitive, so we use insulated packaging.
Free Shipping: Velvet Veil offers free shipping on orders over $200.

3. Local Pickup (Flagstaff)

To avoid shipping costs, clients may select “Local Pickup” at checkout.

Notification: You will receive an email or text when your order is ready for collection at our Flagstaff location.
Hours: Pickup is available during standard business hours; please wait for your confirmation before arriving.

4. Temperature Sensitive Products

For medical-grade skincare that may be sensitive to extreme temperatures in Flagstaff.

Weather Holds: We may temporarily delay shipping during extreme weather to ensure product efficacy.
Packaging: High-performance products are shipped in protective packaging when necessary to maintain stability.

5. Tracking and Delivery

Tracking: A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has been handed to the carrier.
Lost/Damaged Goods: If a product arrives damaged, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at caren@velvetveilmedspa.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

6. Regulatory Compliance (MoCRA)

In accordance with the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA), all professional-use products are labeled for use by licensed professionals only. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge they are for personal use or as directed by your provider.
